Single Bedrooms are charged at the per person rate.
Single Occupancy of a double or twin bedroom is charged at the total room rate less 30%.
Deposit of £100.00 per person, per week is requested to secure reservations.

You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation as full charges will be levied unless the accommodation is relet in full.
Guernsey Ports Bad Weather Policy:- When accommodation is cancelled before 10.00 am on the day of arrival as a result of the closure of Guernsey Airport or Harbour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation will be charged.
No reductions are made for rooms held on temporary absence.

Children under 10 free of charge if sharing parents’ room.
Children occupying adult accommodation are charged at the full adult rate.
Meals are charged as taken. High tea is available every evening at 6.00 pm for children.
