Single Occupancy of a double or twin bedroom is charged at the total room rate less 30%.
Deposit of £100.00 per person, per week is requested to secure reservations.
There is no service charge or V.A.T.
* Free Car applies on all reservations made between 4th January and 18th March 08 and 1st October and 20th December 08. Apply for special discounts on other months.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation as full charges will be levied unless the accommodation is relet in full.
No reductions are made for rooms held on temporary absence.
Children
Children are very welcome - Free teddy* on arrival.
Free baby listening service, or baby sitting by prior arrangement. (* subject to conditions)
Children under 10 free of charge if sharing parents’ room.
Children occupying adult accommodation are charged at the full adult rate.
Meals are charged as taken. High tea is available evry evening at 6.00 pm for children.

A deposit of £100.00 per person per week is payable on reservations. THE BALANCE TO BE REMITTED 28 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
Cancellations In the event of cancellation for any reason prior to final remittance, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be relet for the full period of your intended stay.
In the event of cancellation for any reason after the final remittance has been sent, i.e. 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable, and the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation can be relet for the full period of your intended stay.
You are strongly advised therefore to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation. We will be pleased to provide this facility if required.
Tenancy commences at 2.00pm and terminates at 9.30am.
All linen is provided except beach towels. Please bring these.
We regret, no pets.
We can arrange for a hire car or taxi to meet you on arrival provided time and flight numbers are supplied.
Extra beds and cots may be hired by arrangement at an extra charge of £35.00 per week per item. Highchairs and pushchairs can be rented at a charge of £3.00 per night.
The swimming pool and amenities of the hotel including restaurant, cocktail bar and health suite are available to tenants
