The delights of Morocco and Northern Africa have been brought to Guernsey with the introduction of "Kashmara", the Chambers family's latest creation. Sumptuous furnishings and lighting to suit, a truly "cosmopolitan" choice of cocktails, expertly prepared by our renowned, friendly and efficient staff will fulfil your needs when it comes to relaxation and refreshment.

Our menu falls into two distinctive categories to meet the demands of our international clientele. The "brasserie" menu features a delicious range of dishes featuring Guernsey's world famous fresh seafood and only the highest quality meat and produce, sourced by our kitchen to met the demands of the international traveller. There is also a range of snacks and light meals for those guests in a hurry or not requiring a full menu each evening.

Our second menu is a grazing menu especially designed to reflect the theme of our bar and restaurant - "Tapas and Meze" - dishes from around the world are offered up to you in a never ending variety of tasty, spicy dishes to entice you and to share with your friends while you relax, socialise and "chill"!
