So much to see in this lovely photo of Bordeaux Harbour…

In the foreground there’s a selection of the different types of small fishing boats used in Guernsey, where local fisherman often catch some of the finest fish in the world. The smaller boats in the background with “bobbers” tied to the sides are used for lobster and crab fishing – specialities to be found in most of Guernsey’s top restaurants.

In the background you can see the northwest coast of our local paradise, Herm Island… a part of the island rarely visited by either locals or holiday makers and just so beautiful!
